You will need:

A minimum of NVQ2 having completed a full apprenticeship with a recognised body
Minimum of one year experience on the salon floor
A strong desire to complete NVQ3 and continue to develop knowledge and skills through further training and professional development 
Proficient in a variety of cutting, colouring, and styling techniques
Excellent customer service skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Experience with Raccoon Extensions is a plus, but not required – we provide full training
